Tasks

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and qualified leads.
• Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close sales.
• Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coverage gaps.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales expectations.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Allstate licensing or prior Allstate agency experience is a strong plus.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Remote or Onsite Available

Pay

• Starting Base Pay: $20+/Hour, Depending on Experience.
• Uncapped Monthly Sales Commissions + Bonuses.
• Average First-Year Earnings: 85K.
• Top Performer Earning Potential: 100K+.
• Monthly Bonuses and Performance Incentives.
