INTAKE SPECIALIST

• Experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or legal support
• Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather information about prospective legal matters
• Evaluate and qualify potential clients using established firm criteria
• Schedule consultations, explain the process, collect fees, and help convert leads into clients
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in CRM systems (Clio Grow/Clio Manage preferred)
• Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• English-Spanish fluency (required)
