Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across various departments
• Review financial records, transactions, and accounting entries for accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps or weaknesses in processes
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and recommendations
• Verify compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and SOPs
• Conduct stock audits, cash audits, and operational audits as required
• Assist in identifying risks and suggesting corrective actions
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and clarification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance
• 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, accounts, or finance
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge may also apply

Required Skills

• Clear understanding of auditing concepts
• Domain knowledge of key business processes like O2C, P2P, R2R, HR/Payroll
• Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP software (SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Tally) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
