Tasks

• Design and implement healthcare data integrations using InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS.
• Develop and maintain DTL mappings, XSLTs, and workflows for SDA transformations.
• Transform healthcare messages between CCDA, FHIR, HL7, and InterSystems SDA formats.
• Debug and resolve integration defects involving HIE-connected healthcare participants.
• Develop technical specifications from business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads, business teams, and other developers.
• Support high-quality delivery within project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Only H1B / H4 EAD / OPT EAD / L2 EAD
• 8+ Years
• InterSystems HealthShare UCR and IRIS Database
• InterSystems ObjectScript
• XSLT Development
• DTL Mappings and SDA-Based Workflows
• Healthcare Integration Protocols: TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP
• Healthcare Messaging Standards: CCDA, HL7, JSON, and XML
• Healthcare interoperability and HIE integration experience
• Strong software development, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• GitLab and CI/CD pipelines (Good-to-Have)
• HealthShare Terminal sessions (Good-to-Have)
• SDLC and Agile methodologies (Good-to-Have)
• Oracle and SQL Server (Good-to-Have)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Spanner, and BigQuery (Good-to-Have)
• BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc in Engineering or a related discipline.
