Interventional Radiology Technologist

Key Responsibilities Prepare equipment and assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures. Ensure patient safety and comfort, providing clear explanations and support throughout the process. Perform high-quality imaging and maintain meticulous records of procedures. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Stay current with best practices and advancements in interventional radiology. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduate of an accredited radiology program. Certification in Interventional Radiology preferred. Proficiency with radiology imaging software and equipment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology or interventional procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team structure that encourages collaboration and innovation. The Interventional Radiology Technologist will report directly to the Radiology Department Manager and work alongside an array of medical professionals, including radiologists, nurses, and other imaging technologists.
