Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials for production or customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overstock situations.
• Update inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Run daily reports for management.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Forklift experience.
