IT Business Systems Analyst – Epic Patient Access

Tasks

• Support Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, and Referrals applications
• Partner with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle teams on maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement work
• Support Prior Authorization and Referrals workflows
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic application solutions
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues
• Support process improvements using revenue cycle metrics and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and project teams

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship
• Active/current Epic certification in Cadence, Referrals, Grand Central, and Prelude
• 4+ years of healthcare experience
• 4+ years of direct healthcare domain experience with Referrals and Prior Authorizations
• 4+ years of Subject Matter Expertise in relevant Epic applications
• Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and operational processes
• 4+ years of experience with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement
• 2+ years of Epic experience
• Strong experience supporting healthcare business and application teams
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
• Preferred: Epic Cadence / Prelude Certification
• Preferred: Epic Grand Central Certification
• Preferred: Epic Referrals Certification
• Preferred: Completed Epic CEE to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges
• Preferred: Strong understanding of policies and procedures related to Patient Access operations
