Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Build and manage annual IT operating and capital expense budgets while monitoring monthly variances.
- Project Financial Analysis: Evaluate business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI for new software, hardware, and IT vendor contracts.
- Cost Allocation & Tracking: Manage chargebacks, cost allocations, and general ledger reconciliations for technology units.
- Vendor & Asset Optimization: Partner with procurement to analyze vendor spend, negotiate contracts, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare impactful dashboards, metrics tracking (KPIs/OKRs), and presentations for IT and finance leaders.
