JOB OVERVIEW
Position: IT Service Desk
Industry: IT / BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: On-Site
Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning, Mid, and Night Shifts)
Salary Offer: Php 27,000 – Php 40,000 Gross
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and resolve incoming technical support tickets efficiently.
Perform troubleshooting for IT hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Assist international end-users in maintaining seamless operational workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Open to Undergraduates and High School Graduates.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO technical account, IT hardware/software support, or general IT service desk.
Proven experience in ticket resolution and technical troubleshooting.
Prefarably has a ServiceNow experienced
Candidates who can start ASAP are preferred.
