IT Support Specialist

Day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting
Laptop, hardware, software & network setup
User accounts, email, passwords & MFA
Internet, connectivity & power-related issues
IT ticket management and incident reporting
Equipment and asset management
Access permissions and basic IT security controls
Support for client platforms such as Encord & Augmodo
Requirements: 1–2 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk experience, solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills, understanding of basic networking and account management, organized, responsive, good problem-solver, clear communication, security awareness, willing to work on-site in Bohol. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Cisco are a plus.
