IT Support Specialist

Tasks

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, applications, and connectivity problems
• Set up user accounts, devices, and access permissions
• Document technical issues and their resolutions
• Support software installations, updates, and system maintenance
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications are an advantage
• 0 to 3 years, depending on the opening

Pay

• Estimated Salary: $45,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.
