Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IVF treatments, including monitoring patients, administering medications, supporting procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assess patients, collect medical histories, and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Explain IVF processes, treatment options, and potential risks to patients and their families.
- Coordinate care with physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor treatment responses and promptly report changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Maintain equipment and clean treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in training and continuing development related to reproductive medicine.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Patient care experience required; fertility or reproductive health experience preferred.
- At least two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
