Janitorial Field Supervisor

About the role

Oversee commercial, government/procurement, renovation, and post-construction cleaning projects throughout the DMV region.

Tasks

• Supervise and direct 8–25 janitorial staff on-site.
• Oversee commercial and procurement contracts.
• Manage post-construction and final clean turnover projects.
• Coordinate multiple phases and mobilizations.
• Conduct quality-control inspections.
• Ensure staffing, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and contractors.
• Travel between project locations as needed.
• Manage large-scale projects exceeding 100,000 square feet.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, or supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising multiple employees (8–25).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and deadlines.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Schedule

• Full-Time Employment.
• Flexible schedule (occasional evenings/weekends).

Pay

• $22.00/Hour
