Tasks

• Design, develop, and ship advanced agentic product features powered by LLMs
• Build AI systems that reason over context, invoke tools, and take real actions while gracefully handling failures
• Integrate major AI frameworks and libraries into existing applications
• Own service reliability: define SLAs, manage error budgets, report MTTD/MTTR to leadership
• Architect and continuously improve observability using Kibana/ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools
• Engineer advanced alerting, automation, and response workflows to accelerate incident restoration
• Lead customer‐impacting incident response, blameless RCAs, and corrective actions across cross‐team coordination
• Design, automate, and validate disaster recovery and failover strategies (RTO/RPO alignment, DR drills)
• Partner with application teams to provide production readiness inputs and drive platform stability enhancements
• Review, support, and validate production changes, deployments, and critical releases

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring or similar backend frameworks
• Demonstrated SRE expertise, including reliability engineering, incident management, and automation
• Practical knowledge with LLMs, Lang‐Chain, LangGraph, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and machine‐learning pipelines
• Experience integrating LLMs into production systems and building APIs (Python FastAPI)
• Proficiency with caching solutions such as Redis
• Hands‐on experience with observability tools: Elastic/Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for containerized microservices
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures, event‐driven design, and DR principles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross
