Java Backend Developer

About the role

The selected candidate will support a large-scale, cloud-native enterprise application and work within an established Java microservices environment.

Tasks

• The ideal candidate should be able to contribute across the complete SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Writes clean, maintainable code
• Can quickly understand and contribute to a large existing codebase
• Can troubleshoot complex production issues
• Communicates effectively with technical teams

Requirements

• Experienced Java Backend Developer
• USC / GC ONLY
• Previous Healthcare industry experience is MUST
• Pure financial/banking profiles will NOT be considered
• Mixed Healthcare + Financial background is acceptable
• LinkedIn profile with picture is MUST
• Strong hands-on Java development experience
• Spring / Spring Boot
• REST APIs & Microservices
• PostgreSQL
• AWS
• Docker / Containers
• Git / GitLab
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing
• Strong backend development fundamentals
• Troubleshooting across services and databases
• OpenSearch / Elasticsearch (Nice to Have)
• Event-driven architecture (Nice to Have)
• AWS SNS / SQS (Nice to Have)
• Terraform (Nice to Have)
• Cloud-native application development (Nice to Have)
• Has experience supporting production-grade applications

Schedule

• Hybrid – Onsite 1–2 days/week
• Interview: Mostly Video; Hiring Manager may request F2F onsite
