Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Support production operations and improve application stability, availability, and reliability.
• Investigate incidents across application, API, database, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
• Monitor application health using Splunk, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and other observability tools.
• Create and optimize dashboards, alerts, log queries, and monitoring solutions.
