We are looking for experienced Java Tech Leads to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
📍 Locations: San Francisco, CA & Omaha, NE
🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week
💼 Experience: 15+ Years

🔹 Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA
Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Banking or Financial Services domain experience
Experience in payments, investment banking, or retail banking
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven experience leading development teams and making architectural decisions
