Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough job searches on major platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobright, Dice, and other relevant job boards
• Create and customize high-quality proposals and cover letters aligned with specific job requirements
• Optimize and update CVs/resumes to match target positions effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience using major global job platforms efficiently
• Exceptional written English communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications concurrently
• Proficiency in professional document formatting and presentation

Compensation:

Performance-based pay: $5 per successful application response. A successful response is defined as receiving direct communication from HR representatives, hiring managers, or company recruiters. Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation.
