Job description
About the role
TMD Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Jr. Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and facility upkeep.
Tasks
- Perform scheduled Maintenance
- Change Light Bulbs & keep facility upkeep
- Assist with general building repairs, painting and light carpentry
- Forklift
- Osha safety and LOTO
- Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing & repairs
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Maintenance experience
- Mechanical knowledge & troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Read equipment manuals & work instructions
- Reliable attendance
Schedule
- Mon–Fri
- Day Shift
Pay
- $20–$25 per hour
