Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Experience handling Employment Law cases in Texas.
- Support up to two attorneys with employment law cases.
- Ability to handle employment law cases from file to trial.
- Experience calendaring deadlines and maintaining docket.
- Proficient in e-filing in State and Federal courts.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to manage workloads.
- Ability to pay attention to the details and take initiative.
- Proficient in basic computer software and skills.
- Willingness to perform other duties and tasks.

Plus!
- Experience with Clio and additional employment law experience are a plus.

Schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$25 per hour

Benefits:
- Yes – 100% after 60 days
