Junior Sales Officer – Solar Energy in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

Super Electronics is hiring a full-time Junior Sales Officer in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, to support the company’s solar business expansion. You will connect with residential and commercial customers, explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, and work toward monthly sales targets. Freshers with an interest in sales are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer consultations: Meet prospective customers in person or by phone and explain solar system benefits, including potential electricity bill savings and applicable government subsidies.
• Site survey coordination: Complete initial site evaluations and coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate customer quotations.
• Sales closure: Respond to customer questions, address objections, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
• Reporting: Submit daily or weekly updates on field visits, lead status, and closed deals to the Senior Sales Manager.
• After-sales coordination: Assist with payment collection and maintain customer relationships during installation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Reading and writing comprehension required.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
• Good verbal communication and persuasion skills; fluency in Hindi and the local regional language is required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under performance pressure.

Salary and Benefits
