Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and result-driven Junior Sales Officers to join Super Electronics in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on expanding our solar energy business by engaging with residential and commercial customers, educating them about the financial and environmental advantages of solar power, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation: Engage with potential clients in person or via phone to explain the benefits of solar systems, including electricity bill savings and applicable government subsidies.
• Site Survey Coordination: Perform initial site assessments and collaborate with the technical team to deliver accurate quotations.
• Sales Closure: Address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.
• Reporting: Maintain and submit daily and weekly reports detailing field visits, lead status, and closed deals to the Senior Sales Manager.
• After-Sales Coordination: Support payment collection and nurture strong client relationships during installation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Basic reading and writing comprehension required.
• Experience: Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills with fluency in Hindi and the local regional language.
• Key Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under performance pressure.

Salary & Benefits:
