Jr. Sales officer

Job Summary: ​We are looking for energetic, result-oriented Junior Sales Officers to drive our solar business expansion. In this role, you will connect with potential residential and commercial customers, educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, and drive sales to meet monthly targets. ​ Key Responsibilities: ​ Customer Consultation: Meet prospects in person or over the phone to explain the technical and financial benefits of solar systems, including electricity bill savings and government subsidies. ​ Site Survey Coordination: Conduct initial site evaluations and coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate quotations to customers. ​ Sales Closure: Handle customer queries, address objections effectively, and successfully close the deal. ​ Reporting: Maintain and submit daily/weekly reports on field visits, lead status, and closed deals to the Senior Sales Manager. ​ After-Sales Coordination: Assist in payment collection and maintain strong client relationships during the installation phase. ​ Qualifications & Skills: ​ Education: Must have reading and writing comprehension ​ Experience:  Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome. ​ Communication: Good verbal communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in Hindi and the local regional language. ​ Key Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under performance pressures. ​ Salary & Benefits: Upto Salary: [₹15000 to ₹_30000 per month - As per company standards ] ​ Incentives: Highly lucrative performance-based incentives. ​ Allowances: Fuel allowance (TA/DA) and mobile reimbursement.
