Junior Accountant Job in Garments Manufacturing - Howrah, West Bengal

Jyoti Mishra is hiring a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our garments manufacturing team in Howrah, West Bengal, India. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and support financial reporting activities.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Participate in audits and assist with implementing internal controls.
• Maintain and organize financial files and records according to company policies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software; knowledge of MS Excel and Tally is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, including internships.

You will report directly to the Senior Accountant and work closely with finance and cross-functional teams. Our experienced accounting professionals provide mentorship to help you develop your skills and advance your career in accounting within the garments manufacturing sector.

Compensation: ₹13,500 per month
