About the role

R Cafe is looking for a dedicated, service-oriented cook who is passionate about food and service and wants to grow with a team that values passion, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with quality and consistency.
• Help ensure every dish contributes to a positive customer dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help with other café tasks when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook or in a similar role.
• Responsibility, reliability, and passion for food and service.
• Good moral character, a positive attitude, and respect for others.
• A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in Bauang, La Union, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Background or training in food safety and sanitation is an advantage.
• Cookery NC II Certificate or equivalent certification.
