Lead our back-of-house team. Responsibilities include kitchen operations & food quality, BOH training, coaching & accountability, inventory, ordering & waste control, scheduling & labor management, food safety, cleanliness & consistency. Qualifications: 2+ years kitchen leadership experience, 5+ years professional kitchen experience, ServSafe Manager Certification required, reliable transportation / proximity to Bryn Mawr a plus.
