Kitchen Prep Expo

About the role

Donna Jay is looking for a kitchen prep and expo team member. The goal is to prep ingredients, plate and check orders, and package them before they go to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients with daily kitchen prep.
• Plate and assemble customer orders according to the ticket.
• Check every order for accuracy before it leaves the kitchen.
• Make sure all requested items, sauces, and utensils are included.
• Ensure food is properly packaged and presented.
• Communicate with the kitchen team when an item is missing.
• Keep the order moving.

Requirements

• Be reliable and dependable, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10:30 AM–8:30 PM.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Have reliable transportation and be a team player.
