Korean Bilingual - IT Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid Set-up)

Qualifications:
-Fluent in Korean & English, both spoken and written
-IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / Technical Support experience preferred
-Candidates with relevant technical exposure who are trainable and willing to learn may also be considered
-CSR/TSR experience from the retail industry may also be considered, provided candidates demonstrate strong communication skills and technical aptitude
-Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network troubleshooting is an advantage
-Familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus
-Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
-Can start ASAP

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH)
