L Technical Support BPO

Must have at least 1 year experience in BPO supporting ISP, networking, hardware and software. Must have experience in basic computer and printer troubleshooting. Has prior experience in a tech support role, ideally involving HW troubleshooting (computers, printers, network equipment). Has general understanding of how POS systems, networks (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and basic computer (hardware and software). Comfortable using CRM tools and remote-desktop support systems. Experience in ISP support is a plus. Having prior experience with Point of Sale system is a big advantage. Willingness to work onsite during training/nesting.
