Job description
About the role
Support production database operations, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, security administration, and incident management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Oracle production database administration and routine maintenance.
- RMAN backups, restore operations, archive log management, and disaster recovery.
- Oracle performance monitoring and tuning using AWR, ASH, and SQL diagnostics.
- ServiceNow ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Database security, user and role management, and audit compliance.
- Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Linux 8.x/9.x.
- Bachelor's degree.
- US citizenship is mandatory.
- Preferred: Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional (OCP 19c), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Database Specialist, ITIL 4.
