This full-time position is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of and help lead IWA’s labor program across our service regions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about workers’ rights, grassroots organizing, immigrant justice, and building worker power.
The Organizer will work directly with workers experiencing workplace issues, provide case management, assist with filing complaints and claims, conduct workplace and community outreach, facilitate workers’ rights education, develop worker leaders, and support worker-led organizing and collective action.
