Laborers

•Perform light/general tasks to support power plant operations and maintenance not falling under traditional craft labor categories.
•Train for and perform fire response/first aid.
•Report any damaged or defective equipment that may cause injury to supervisor.
•Compile information, generate reports, forms, and documents as required.
•Work as a coal yard cleaner/sampler when directed.
•Use hand and power tools as needed.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
•3-5 years of experience in a heavy industrial/power plant environment preferred.
•Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag systems.
•OSHA safety rules.
•Work inside and outside under varied weather conditions.
•Lift 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work at heights.
•English proficiency.
•Pass a background check and drug screening.
•High School diploma or GED.

PAY RATE: $15.00/HR - $20.00/HR
