Job description
About the role
Our mission is to provide exceptional overnight newborn care and postpartum support, helping families feel confident, supported, and well-rested during the fourth trimester.
Requirements
- Current CLC or IBCLC certification
- Experience providing breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding support
- Knowledge of common lactation challenges and appropriate referral practices
- Strong communication and family education skills
- Experience providing in-home support preferred
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Professional references required
- Reliable transportation
- Current resume and applicable certifications
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
Pay
- Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC): Starting at $40/hour
- International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC): Starting at $45/hour
- Rates negotiable based on experience and credentials.
