About the role

Advanced Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering

Tasks

• Lead factory layout design across production lines, warehouses, material handling, and people flow.
• Develop long-term campus master plans, building placements, yard layouts, and dock operations.
• Integrate PFEP (Plan for Every Part) into storage, packaging, and line-side delivery strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Construction, Facilities, and EHS to take designs from concept through commissioning.
• Model capacity, simulate throughput, and optimize footprint using data-driven IE principles (OEE, cycle time, line balancing).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years in site/factory layout planning, industrial engineering, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience in large-scale environments (Automotive, Battery, Energy, or Heavy Industry).
• Strong command of 2D/3D layout tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Bonus points for: Greenfield project experience, simulation modeling (e.g., FlexSim), and hands-on material handling automation (AGVs, AMRs, conveyors).
