Lead Business Analyst

About the role

Lead business analysis activities in the Consumer Products Rights domain, focusing on business architecture and agile delivery. Partner with business stakeholders, product engineering, and QA teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business analysis efforts throughout project delivery.
• Capture and translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts aligned with business strategy and technology solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement, prioritization, requirement discussions, and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and review sessions.
• Drive improvements through gap assessments, workflow optimization, and functional documentation.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage and management, and end-to-end validation.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Consumer Products and/or Rights Licensing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, user story development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Exposure to Rights Licensing platforms, reporting tools, and SQL.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a global delivery environment.
