Requirements

- 12+ years
- Strong hands on experience with SQL.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Good understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
- Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation is preferred.
- Understanding of statistical concepts, KPIs, trends, and business metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and converting requirements into analytical solutions.
