Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

Lead platform engineering, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and delivery for digital products and SaaS platforms.

Technical leadership, hands-on DevOps expertise, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, Enterprise IT, security, networking, and operations.

Tasks

• Lead DevOps teams, establish priorities, and provide technical direction.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, builds, deployments, releases, and rollback strategies.
• Guide containerized applications and infrastructure using OpenShift, Podman, and AWS.
• Oversee platform integrations involving Kafka, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Apigee, F5, and Alkira.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, Enterprise IT, security, networking, and operations.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate project risks.
• Improve monitoring, reliability, performance, incident response, and production support.
• Promote secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure practices.

Schedule

• 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
• W2 for the initial 6-month contract period, with an opportunity to transition to full-time employment (Guaranteed).
