Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Qualify leads according to company criteria and ensure smooth handoff to sales team. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize lead generation and conversion efforts. Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to optimize results. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in lead generation. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments. 2-4 years of relevant lead generation experience preferred.
