Job description
Talk Right Media is hiring a full-time Lead Generation Executive in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this on-site role, you will identify and nurture prospective customers, strengthen the sales pipeline, and support the company’s sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets to identify potential leads and target clients.
- Contact and engage prospects by phone, email, and social media.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture them over time.
- Qualify leads against established criteria and coordinate their handoff to the sales team.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Track and report campaign results, sharing insights to improve performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service; lead generation experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Two to four years of experience in lead generation or a similar role is preferred.
