Tasks
- Lead Earnix development and technical implementation.
- Design and deliver Earnix–Guidewire integrations.
- Guide development teams and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable insurance pricing solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ Years
- Hands-on Earnix development (Modeler, Optimizer)
- Guidewire Rating, especially PolicyCenter
- Earnix–Guidewire integration architecture
- Insurance pricing, rating algorithms, and underwriting
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and microservices
- Git branching strategies and CI/CD
