Job description
Tasks
- Lead Earnix solution design, development, and implementation.
- Build scalable integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire.
- Define branching strategies and CI/CD workflows.
- Drive code quality, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- 15+ Years
- Visa: GC, USC, H1B
- Hands-on Earnix experience at Tech Lead / Senior Developer level
- Strong Guidewire Rating and insurance platform experience
- Earnix Modeler, Optimizer, and integration connectors
- Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Earnix–Guidewire integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
- Git-based branching strategies, CI/CD, microservices, and integration architecture
- Strong knowledge of insurance pricing, underwriting, and rating algorithms
