About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Java Full Stack Developer to drive software architecture, development, and delivery in Columbus, OH. You will build scalable microservices and user interfaces, guide technical teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in an enterprise environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Guide the architectural design, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering and code quality standards.Full Stack Development: Design and build high-throughput microservices (backend) and responsive single-page applications (frontend).API Design: Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs.CI/CD & Cloud: Oversee automated deployments, containerization, and cloud infrastructure management.Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required QualificationsExperience: 7 years of professional enterprise software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.Backend: Strong expertise in Core Java (8/11/17+), Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.Frontend: Proficiency in modern UI frameworks (React.js or Angular), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Databases: Solid understanding of relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
