Lead Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant (CPQ & Core Financials)

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the CPQ (Quote-to-Order) and Core Financials delivery track.

This role combines hands-on solution delivery with onshore/offshore team leadership to ensure stable operations, SLA compliance, and seamless release management.

Tasks

• Configure and troubleshoot Oracle CPQ pricing rules, product catalogs, quoting, and order conversion into Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Develop and troubleshoot OIC integrations, FBDI imports, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher (BIP)/OTBI reports.
• Resolve L3 production incidents involving integration failures, billing synchronization, and month-end close variances.
• Lead onshore/offshore L2/L3 teams across sprints, backlogs, and production support.
• Drive design reviews, code reviews, and environment refresh validations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, IT managers, and architects.
• Lead weekly status meetings and CAB reviews while monitoring SLAs, managing resources, and ensuring smooth handoffs for 24/5 support coverage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including 4+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud across CPQ, Subscription Management, and Financials.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Order workflows, discount approvals, billing synchronization, and CRM/billing integrations.
• Functional and technical expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and SLA.
• Hands-on experience with OIC, BIP, OTB

• Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite at the client location (mandatory)
