Job description

Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform following Guardrail compliance and best practices.
Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for credit/debit card dispute resolution, chargeback workflows, and regulatory compliance.
Configure case types, complex workflows, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), routing rules, and business logic.
Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations to connect Pega with core banking, payment processing, and third-party systems.
Debug complex issues, perform log analysis, and optimize application performance and database queries.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Pega AI, and GenAI capabilities (such as automated summary generation and intelligent case routing for dispute outcomes).
Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams; participate in code reviews; and mentor junior Pega developers.

experienced Pega Lead (Hands on) with expertise in the Pega Smart Disputes Framework and practical knowledge/interest in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities within Pega.
