Reports to: Sales Director

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives
- Make sure no lead goes without a response
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records
- Keep the sales team informed of the lead assigned
- Help with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in customer service, dispatching and scheduling
-Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems such as Hubspot or similar software
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and stay on top of follow-ups
