Requirements

  • Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience facilitating classes of 30+ learners
  • Healthcare claims training experience is strongly preferred
  • Customer service training experience also welcomed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of training delivery experience
