Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 5–7 years relevant legal experience (in-house or major firm)
• Breadth across commercial, compliance, litigation for U.S. companies
• Drafting, negotiating, advising on commercial transactions
• Experience with manufacturing/supply agreements (U.S. tariff factories) a plus
• Knowledge of U.S. consumer protection, advertising compliance, privacy law preferred
