Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Trauma

Tasks

• Conduct trauma-informed psychosocial assessments and PTSD screenings.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Support patients and families through complex medical and emotional challenges.
• Coordinate complex inpatient discharge planning and safe transitions of care.
• Connect patients and families with community resources and support services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary trauma teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Active New York State LCSW license.
• License and registration verification through NYSED.
• Experience working with trauma patient populations and providing trauma-informed care.
• Required experience in acute inpatient discharge planning and multidisciplinary trauma teams.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, family support, and community resource coordination.
• Trauma certification preferred or required, depending on program requirements.

Schedule

• 5 days per week
• 37.5 hours per week
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Seven-day trauma program, including weekends as assigned
• Direct Hire

Pay

• Annual Salary: $95,713
