Job Description: Licensed Occupational Therapist Opportunity in San Angelo, Texas Devcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our long-term care healthcare team in San Angelo, TX. This contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for patient assessments. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Create and assess home-based therapy programs for effectiveness. Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide clinical recommendations. Conduct skills-based competency training for healthcare staff as needed. Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to Texas Occupational Therapy regulations and professional standards. Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications Active Texas Occupational Therapist License in good standing. Current continuing education units (CEUs) required for licensure maintenance. Good standing with the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
