Licensed Sales Producer (LSP)

Tasks

• Generate new business and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing policyholders.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Allstate licensing or previous Allstate agency experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Remote or Onsite Available

Pay

• Starting Base Pay: $20+/hour + Commissions + Bonuses
• $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential When Sales Goals Are Achieved
• $100K+ Total Compensation Potential Upon Achieving Sales Goals
