About Relstone

Relstone is hiring a Licensing & Education Specialist to support licensing and continuing education (CE) programs across real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and insurance. This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in the United States. Applicants need at least two years of experience in one or more of these fields; cross-disciplinary experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support licensing and CE program operations, including course setup, updates, scheduling, and documentation.
• Track state-specific requirements, deadlines, approvals, and renewal cycles.
• Help maintain course content and curricula to meet state regulations and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate course updates and instructional quality with instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams.
• Manage licensing and registration workflows, including applications, renewals, deficiencies, and status tracking.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready course outlines, approvals, change logs, and compliance records.
• Support learner and stakeholder questions about policies, course completions, certificates, and credit reporting.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps clearly to internal teams.
• Recommend improvements to course materials, learner experience, and internal processes.

Required Qualifications

• Based in the United States.
• At least two years of experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate licensing education, including pre-licensing, CE, school operations, curriculum, or compliance; NMLS licensing, registration, or mortgage compliance; or insurance CE and producer licensing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience spanning multiple practice areas: real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and insurance.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, particularly when tracking regulatory requirements and maintaining documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to coordinate with learners, instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams.
