About the Role Relstone is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing & Education Specialist to manage and support licensing and continuing education (CE) programs across real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and insurance sectors. This remote position is ideal for U.S.-based professionals with 2+ years of experience in licensing education, compliance, or program coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate licensing and CE program operations including course setup, updates, scheduling, and documentation across real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and insurance. Maintain and track state-specific licensing requirements, deadlines, approvals, and renewal cycles. Assist with content and curriculum updates to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards. Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams to maintain instructional quality and course accuracy. Manage licensing workflows such as applications, renewals, deficiency resolutions, and status tracking. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation including course outlines, approvals, change logs, and compliance records. Support learners and stakeholders by addressing policy inquiries, completion issues, certificate requests, and credit reporting. Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding project status, blockers, and next steps. Recommend improvements to course materials, learner experience, and internal operational processes. Required Qualifications U.S.-based candidates only. Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Real estate licensing education (pre-licensing, CE, school operations, curriculum, or compliance) NMLS-related licensing, registration, or mortgage compliance Insurance continuing education and producer licensing Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
