About the Role Relstone is seeking a dedicated Licensing & Education Specialist to manage and support licensing and continuing education (CE) programs across real estate pre-licensing and CE, mortgage licensing (NMLS), and insurance CE and producer licensing. This remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Cross-disciplinary expertise is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Support operations for licensing and CE programs in real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and insurance, including course setup, updates, scheduling, and documentation management Maintain and track state-specific licensing requirements, deadlines, approvals, and renewal cycles to ensure compliance Assist with content and curriculum updates to meet state regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks Coordinate with instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure instructional quality and timely course updates Manage licensing and registration workflows such as applications, renewals, deficiency resolutions, and status tracking Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation including course outlines, approvals, change logs, and compliance records Provide support for learner and stakeholder inquiries related to policies, course completion, certificates, and credit reporting Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding project status, obstacles, and next steps Recommend process improvements to enhance course materials, learner experience, and internal workflows Required Qualifications U.S.-based candidates only Minimum 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Real estate licensing education (pre-licensing, CE, school operations, curriculum, or compliance) NMLS-related licensing, registration, or mortgage compliance Insurance continuing education and producer licensing Why Join Relstone?
