Punjab National Bank MetLife Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India . This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives within the financial services sector, focusing on comprehensive life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the life insurance portfolio and increase market share. Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve the sales team’s product knowledge and selling skills. Analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies for optimal results. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance customer outreach and align sales strategies. Prepare detailed sales performance and market condition reports for senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven team leadership abilities. Proficiency in insurance sales tools and CRM software.
