Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular follow-ups and progress check-ins to keep clients on track toward their goals.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver holistic planning services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in life planning.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance personal and professional skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Science, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse clients effectively.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Proficiency in client management and financial planning software tools.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or a related field.

This position reports directly to the Head of Department and works within a collaborative team environment that values input from all members.
